Every day billions of people use the open standards and technologies developed in the IETF. And nearly 8000 volunteer IETF participants from around the world collaborate in more than 100 working groups evolving those open standards and making the Internet work better!

@danyork How does one go about filing an errata request?

In the referenced document, RFC 3935, section 1 under the principle Open Process it says "his or her". This could be changed to "their", simplifying the sentence and making it more inclusive to our non-binary friends.

@nivex Thereā€™s an errata process. You can go to https://www.rfc-editor.org/errata/rfc3935 and at the bottom there is a link to submit new errata.

Note that published RFCs donā€™t get edited and updated. They get replaced. And so errata will queue until there is an effort to create a replacement RFC.
