@paulehoffman @ietf maybe we should put our handles on one of the blank squares we can attach to our badge

@andy @ietf Mastodon handles are too long, unfortunately.

@paulehoffman @ietf Oh! I had not seen that on the list of side meetings!

Added to my calendar - see you there!

@paulehoffman @ietf maybe a github or codeberg repo with a list of the handles and people can PR to it.

@andy @paulehoffman @ietf There is the new "collections" feature in Mastodon, maybe use that?

I'll be at 127, feel free to add me.

@jtk @paulehoffman @ietf Can any fediverse client see those or is it strictly a Mastodon feature? Akkoma has had lists forever, but I don't think others can see it.

@andy @paulehoffman @ietf It is a feature in added in Mastodon 4.6 I believe, I'd guess not all clients (apps) support the feature yet. Should we create a test one and see?

If not widely adopted yet, an alternative in the meantime might be https://fedidevs.com/starter-packs/

@jtk @paulehoffman @ietf I can't tell if that works with Akkoma. There is a blurb that says "currently only works with WordPress" which is clearly wrong but also indicates how broadly this works.

With a git repo we can have multiple with rights to accept PRs which I think would scale better.
